Founded in 2009, Shenzhen Thinpax Technology supplies tablet PCs and internet TV boxes.
With an annual export turnover of $5 million, we have a factory that covers an area of 2,500 square meters equipped with 13 SMT production lines, eight DIP production lines and eight assembly production lines manned by 180 workers that can produce a daily capacity of 6,000 units and a monthly capacity of 100,000 units for tablet PCs. Moreover, we have close relationships with chipset companies such as Samsung, Freesscale, Amlogic and MSD.
We have 20 engineers with four years of experience in the industry, which were also from Samsung and Huawei. They can design one to two products monthly and create a sample according to the customers request within two to three weeks. Furthermore, we launched one of the first ARM Cortex-A9 tablet PCs with Google Android 4.0 OS.
We have 15 QC with three years of experience in this filed to ensure that each device meets high-quality standards and a repair rate of less tan 0.03 percent. Our products are CE-, FCC- and RoHS-certified and are provided with one-year warranty.
We have recently become a member of CMMB Industry Technical Standardized Group and have been named an AA enterprise by the Shenzhen Customs and have been awarded as a High-Tech enterprise in Shenzhen. In addition, we export our products to Europe and South America.
